Last couple of days I noticed that foods are just having a stronger flavor than usual.  I wonder if the change in season has affected my prop tasting.  Or something with my body.  Isn't the thyroid indicated in this function?

I did take a little bit of medicine for my thyroid.  But that was like a month ago.  Hmmmmmmm.....

What kinds of foods have you been eating? I wonder if you're eating fresher foods because it's spring and therefore they have more flavor.

No, it's with foods that I've been eating for a while.  Like, all of it. Or a lot of it.  It's not spring here.  It's sky dumping season right now.  But still cold.  They're talking about snow a little bit north of us.

I'm exaggerating.  The seasons are at least starting to turn.  Which is why I thought there might be a change in me.

Sometimes my *awareness* will be increased by (or after) an overload of exposure to things I am sensitive to & then the usual substances I taste or smell, will seem to be extra strong before they settle back again...

JJR, I think TJ means that quitting smoking causes a certain sensory awareness. Dieting can do do that, too. Might have something to do with your body sensing disruption and compensating with heightened acuity, as if to say hellooooo... forget something?

Maybe your digestion is improving, thus less tongue coating, thus more contact between taste buds and the food.

I was thinking about this lately.  My stools have been more well formed lately.  I'm still going regularly, but they just seem more together. Less soft.  But not overly hard.   Is that a good thing or a bad thing?

GROSS    Eh?
