Coconut oil is superfood and coconut meat is void on my Swami Geno Type report.

Anyone knows what coconut milk would be for me?

Avoid, I don't know of anyone for whom it is not an avoid.

Hi Sunnyside!
Good to see you post! Hope you are well!
I do my oil pulling with coconut oil and use a little in cooking or baking, but not much as it can be "cleansing" if you know what I mean?!
Coconut oil is a neutral on my swami and coconut meat is an avoid.

Hi Cajun, I tried oil pulling with coconut oil after reading your post. But it is not fun so I am not doing it anymore. Instead I use coconut oil for cooking and face and feet as moisturizer everyday.

It is allergy season but I am doing a lot better.
I give full credit to following Swami diet.
One thing I can not give up yet is dark chocolate which is black dot.

It was very memorable meeting you and helped me stay on Swami diet.
Thank you.

Lucky you! You are the first I've heard of.

Sunnyside,
I don't really enjoy oil pulling... ...I gag sometimes.. ...but it does help with my sinus issues!
I use the oil as a moisturizer for my skin, too...and a little drizzle on my dogs food a few times a week.
I am glad you are good with your swami and feeling well!

Coconut milk and coconut meat generally have the same ratings. The milk is pretty much taking fresh coconut and pureeing it. I've yet to see anybody who has different ratings for the two foods.
