As an A I feel that I've found my niche for exercising.  I took Tai Chi many years ago when I lived in New York with an Asian teacher and I got alot of benefit from it.  More than I expected because there was more of an awareness of mind and body.  This was even before I knew about BTD.

At this particular time I feel rebounding and stretching exercises work best.

Interesting bit of news but why didn't she mention the source of bloodtype research - Dr. D'Adamo.

Yes Dr. D'Adamo should have been more clearly given credit.  It's nice to hear it is getting out there though.

They mentioned James D'Adamo-- and showed the cover of Eat Right for Your Type with Dr Peter's name on it.

It's great to see! I noticed the presenter said D'Amado, not D'adamo!

Would love to know what Dr D says about this. Is she doing it in collab with him, or just taking his info and using it like that? I know Dr D was credited but... You'd think we would have heard Dr D advertising the vids.... ??

Anyway, the more people get the word out the better!

The individual who created the video workout series is NOT connected to Dr. D'Adamo in any way.  Dr. D'Adamo does NOT endorse this product.

The person who IS connected to Dr D is Dina Khader as she was the first person certified (IFHI) and has her own nutritional practice in my area.  She obviously has a connection to the exercise program originator the moderator is speaking about in this video. THis woman might be her client.  I don't know....can find out
if and when I see Dina.
