What should I call the "iridescent shark" also known as the swai on my SWAMI? Is it a catfish?

They are a type of catfish ... but not that closely related to the American catfish.

There is no rating for "iridescent shark", so you have your choice of considering it neutral trying and seeing how you do with it--or saying that the fish is most similar to a catfish and using that rating.

They're very tasy too. They are the one catfish I will willfully eat. They hold their moisture but don't toughen up. Gelatinous, but never slimy.
