Are kohlrabi greens edible?  Are they as beneficial as Kohlrabi?

I have always bought just the bulbs, but today I got Kohlrabi with the greens attached.  Wasn't sure what to do with them.

The greens are edible - at least we ate them when we grew them...

The tender leaves can go in a salad, but the older leaves can be pretty tough.  You can cook them like chard or kale...

Handling: If the kohlrabi leaves are still attached to the bulb, trim them and store separately. If the leaves are in good shape—firm and green—they can be cooked but will need to be used within a couple of days.
