Hi there, I'm trying to find out what's the best protein blend powder to have as I do a lot of sport and I need to increase my muscle mass. I've been doing some research and a lot of people say that isolated soy protein works pretty good in women but is not good for men as it increases catabolic and estrogen levels instead of anabolic and testosteron levels. Therefore, I was wondering which is the best protein blend powder for type A men. I was thinking in sprouted brown rice protein or maybe pea protein..... Although, some guys at the nutrition store told me that whey protein lactose free was created for vegetarians and could works good. Any advices?? [face=Arial][/face]
