Most of the gram measurements in this recipe would provide more information if converted into ounces. To do the conversion, divide grams by 28.35 to get ounces.
For instance, the 200 grams beef would be slightly more than 7 ounces.
Also, the 0.5 liter of water would be 1 pint (or 2 cups)... |

Also bear in mind that there's a difference between "ounces" (a unit of weight) "fluid ounces" (a unit of volume). 7 ounces of beef is reasonable enough to figure out based on the package of meat, but grams of something like flour would not work exactly when measured in a measuring cup. |
