Is there any information on the blood type diet regarding autoimmune diseases such as Vitiligo? I would greatly appreciate any information anyone may have on this disease. My mother has it and has been trying for many wears to lessen its effects and visibility. Thansk!

Not long ago I read about someone who within a two year period had almost eliminated this condition by following the Blood Type Diet. I did not bookmark it but was happy as we will be geno typing a friend of ours who is BT A and he has the condition and I know that he will be happy for this information. I do recall that the elimination of all wheat/gluten was vita for this outcome.

Is this condition reversable? I have a small patch under one eye which I have to disguise with a darker shade of makeup... I also have a few lighter patches around my jawline & on my arms where I had infections over the past few years I hadn't eaten gluten for years (even prior to BTD), but probably am still deficient in some B vitamins & zinc
