I was looking in the Geno type recipe Base for a Lamb Recipe and they had coffee in there. It also said coffee was okay in my printout for Nomad, but in the foods list under beverages, it said to "Better Avoid" it. So what is the truth. Coffee yea, or nay?

If you are following a SWAMI diet, you should only use the food list in the printout.  Ignore all other food lists.

The lists from SWAMI are customized for you, the other lists are not.
