I have Rowal listed as a neutral Live Food on my Swami and I was wondering if anyone knew what it is? I have tried searching on the internet and I can't find anything about it, except for its nutritional content, which it has a high calorie and copper content. |

I have no idea either...tried looking it up also. Is it a spelling error? Because when I put it up on the internet it has Royal cruises available....hmmmmm...that could be a hint. Debra |

The seed and fruit is used in Southeast Asia. It has a high concentration of cyanide, so care must be exercised to properly prepare it. Scientific name: Pangium eduleOther names used for it include: keluak; kepayang; kluwak; payang; rawon; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pangium_edule |
| MIfHI I follow a SWAMI diet. |

So can I assume that the Rowal in my Swami Xpress is misspelled and should be Rawon or Rawan? |
