Surprised some..Even with with the meats I eat to need B's?

Iodine.. there are two kinds.. one I need the other I don't - now its a question - I forgot the kind I need... could I just do the iodine patch?

B6 I should take all year, as per Dr D - he is sooo right..

Zink, how to eat it in non fruit items?

I would suggest that you may have bacterial over growth/candida/parasites. since you are eating plenty of the right foods it is perhaps an absorption problem.

reduce you sugar and plan an attack oxo

How does nutritional yeast rate for you? That's high in B vitamins and zinc. How many nuts and seeds do you eat? Those are high in zinc too. However, if you have a diagnosed deficiency, you may need to take zinc supplements to get you back to a healthy level, even if you can keep the levels with diet afterwards.

As for iodine, I now use a lot more than I used to of Lugols, where as I used to paint a one inch circle I now paint a 6 inch circle, moving it around my body. today I have it around my kidney. and if i spot any bumps or spots I put a bit on them too. amazing results form this.

and then in the mean time I increase my food intake with things like wakema et cetera.

Lavor Nori Main Coast Sea Vegetables has the most of the B vitamins fo their 5 seaweeds.  It has 70% iodine and 2% zinc.

Here’s a chart of all five:

Zinc is found in higher amounts in red meat.  Brewer's yeast contains a lot of copper and not much zinc  - and fruits hardly contain any zinc!  Goldie from your posts in the past I see you don't eat much food full stop - am I wrong about that?  I mean, you will get deficiencies on a low calorie diet.  Adult females need 2500 calories at least a day to maintain a good metabolism.  I have seen horrifically low calorie counts being mentioned on this site.  Just wanted to mention that - because it might not be what you are eating but the amounts - as in not enough.
