Has anybody ever had Langostinos? They are not on my Swami, so I figured out what they taste like. These are wild caught and give me a burst of energy. No carbs though.

Langostinos can be used to refer to several different shellfish.

I think the term is supposed to be Spanish for prawns.

If what you had appears to be a shrimp use the rating for shrimp.

It can also be used to refer to small lobsters. If this is the case then use the rating for lobsters.

Someplaces langostinos are more like crayfish. If that is the case use the rating you would for lobster.

Someplaces langostinos are actually a type of crab.

In my case it does not matter if it is a crab, lobster, crayfish, or shrimp. It is an avoid.

I thought something like that, but I wanted to be sure. So I gave all of those to my husband. I am by no means 100% or even 90% since my Oncologist told me flat out" You didn't get this CLL because of what you ate. There is no prove for all those things you told me, so I wouldn't suggest a diet for you" So I am now asking for a second opnion at MD Anderson.

I have a friend who asked me to help him with his German. He is moving to Wien in June. How far are you from there?

Can somebody give me a hint on how to combine Geno Harmonic Foods? Has anybody tried it out? I can't see myself eating Miso and blueberries, though

Genoharmonics: combine a food on the left with one of more foods on the right.

You do not have to use all the foods on the right.

Well, it would taste kind of funny having miso soup with blueberries.
Thanks C_sharp

Not all the genoharmonic combinations are "weird." My daughter gets pecans with chocolate- I'm so jealous! I get quite a few different juices in genoharmonic combinations with green tea, so I make sure to have green tea with one or more of those juices daily. I also get butter or ghee with numerous different vegetables.

I basically ignore the GH combos that are "too weird" or use foods that I can't easily obtain.

I can't see eating a miso-blueberry pie, but I could see having a bowl of blueberries after eating a bowl of miso soup.
