I always keep a couple bottles of Intrinsa around, but what I wonder is, can it be taken every day? And how much? I'd like to avoid colon cancer which is in my family. |

It's a great product but what else are you doing for your stomach and intestines to help. No wheat I hope, Not too much sugar. the odd cleanse? lits your vices (food wise perhaps and then see how to address them |

I have been taking 4 Intrinsia + 4 Polyflora daily for the past 5-6 months. It has accelerated the healing process. Also if I feel any pain, which is rare, I take l-glutamine powder 2x daily as well as extra ARA powder (D'Adamo product). Glutamine is not recommended for blood type A. Castor oil pack from the sternum and the large intestine area overnight is very healing as well. If you want the name of company I order the l-glutamine from and the brand, pm me. It can be pricey and I get it for a very reasonable amount. |

well I basically follow the O diet (I have swami and alternate withe O diet). I just think that the colon cancer rate has gone up, up, up...and I want to create a healthy colon. I have no pain... thanks Dianne and policy checker. |

Eating some will help heal the intestines. However it is not anti-cancerous specifically. Good gut flora is the most anti-cancerous thing you can do (turmeric and some grain both work well to help once balance is achieved). To help drink green tea. Here is the official protocol guide for anti-cancer. |

how do you alternate i think swami would be far better not swapping between the two. |

true, pc, but just to be honest, I admit that I flex around when it suits me! But as you can see the flexing doesn't go too far out of line. I don't eat wheat. I eat more fat than swami allows. (hey, it allows very scant!) So far I appreciate the input and will check the link DOS gave. |
