Can't wait to try all 4 of them. Most all the ingredients are listed on my SWAMI. If anyone has tried using venison in these recipes let me know how it turns out.

I use a recipe similar to the lamb one ( for venison). I think the red wine helps to tenderize. We also like onion and I use both fresh and powder. I kind of jab the meat with a large fork to help the spices flavor the meat. Lola's right for venison the crock pot works wonders.
