This is a from a post that was moved earlier:
Who can share their experience with this product (in particular the Activator)? My concerns are what amount of caffeine from the yerba mate and green tea it my have. I don't do well with stimulants, and would like some feedback.
While we're at it, I got the Warrior 3 pack with the CLA and the catalyst too. Any comments or feedback will be appreciated. I don't want to take them until I can find out some more info. |

Thanks for the link. Interesting, but no info on the caffeine content. Their was a post from someone that drinks coffee, green tea, and black tea everyday, which would probably kill me if I did that. I guess I should call the people I ordered the stuff from and fine out what the caffeine content is.
Does anyone know if the yerba mate has any other stimulant effects other than caffeine? |

Wow, it has been awhile since I've posted anything here, but this forum has seemed to have died off pretty quick in the past few months.
Since it seems that I'm the first to try these supplements, I will start this weekend, since I don't know what to expect or what kinds of reactions I may have. At least it won't happen while I'm at work. I will try to give my feedback on the products as they get into my system (that is if I don't have any bad reactions and have to stop taking them) so if someone else might want to try them, there will be some info here. Will post again soon. |

On the GENO diet I was a Warrior and was allowed yerba mate. However, after trying it a few times I found out that there was no way under the sun that I could tolerate the stimulant effects of it. It is no surprise to me now at all that it is a definite SWAMI avoid for me as an Explorer! I love SWAMI! |

It is a busy season, Dirty! Don't worry our enthusiasm has not "died off" at all. Some people post primarily on Facebook, so you might want to consider that venue. I can assure you that many people have tried the supplements and gotten very good results from them. http://www.facebook.com/groups/eatright4yourtype/ |

Sorry, my bad. I wasn't aware that the forum had moved to facebook. I'm one of the 4 people on Earth that don't use facebook, so I guess I can't participate, but I will still post my results here when I have some. Maybe someone can transfer them to facebook if they find them useful. Thanks for the info. |

It hasn't... Many people contribute in both places, although some are only 1 place or the other. This forum, like other places, has more or less activity based on any number of reasons. I think when many people come at once, there is a flurry of activity until they gather in the basic concepts and get rather comfortable with the routine, then only "lurk" and ask questions as they arise... I've seen the pattern several times. Please post any results here - that you care to, for the benefit of others. Many people are still checking, reading, and caring. |

I don't care for Facebook myself. I joined a long time ago, but it just doesn't appeal to me all that much even though I have a multitude of longtime friends who think it is just wonderful and have pestered the life out of me trying to get me more involved. Never fear, when things aren't so busy in our lives, the posting will get back to normal here! BTW, it is very good to hear from you again! |

As a "new" warrior I am most interested in reading others experiences and recommendations for anything related to the geno diet. Hope to see some info on the warrior 3 pack as I have only just started the warrior diet |

I take all 3, and seem to feel steadily healthier. No problem with the above mentioned stimulants, and in fact I supplement with them additionally. |

Today is my forth day and no bad result yet. I think if the stimulant effects of the herbs were going to be felt, it would have happened by now. That was my biggest concern. I can't say I have any opinion yet for these as I feel the same as I did 5 days ago. I don't expect to feel anything any time soon, but I will post any improvements or undesirable results when I get them.
I have also been reading about CLA and it's supposed cancer causing abilities. Anyone want to comment on that? |
