I found that Beetroot juice is very good for B's and so I would like to buy Beetroot juice supplement, but I read an internet it says Nitrate from Beetroot, Nitrate could cause cancer, is that true? Because I am planning to order that supplement, here is the website, and please tell me what you think and have any recommendation for me.

Just my opinion, but if you want to ingest beetroot, why not use a juicer and make it fresh. A little goes a long way..it's potent when too concentrated but tastes really good mixed with other veggies like carrots, celery and leafy greens. I usually add about 1/4 of a medium sized beet when I make fresh juice. Maybe 3-4 carrots, a handful of parsley, kale or spinach, a stalk or two of celery and sometimes a green apple. This is how your body gets live foods with lots of enzymes!

I mix it with other veggies and make it fresh just like Chloe suggest s- but beware I find two things happend when I drink beetsroot juice 1) bloodpressure falls drastic = not so good for me I tend to be at the lower end 2) if I drink it without a fatty meal- my bloodsugar tends to go crazy.
