Hi all,

I just wanted to say Hi as Im new to SWAMI.

I tried BTD about 4 years ago with much success, however let it slip leading to weight gain and feeling lethargic etc.  Im now getting back into a better way of eating and feeling motivated  .

I am 50% GT2 Gatherer and on a steep learning curve............

Hi and welcome...    I,too, am new to SWAMI, 2-4 months, and find it better/faster than the BTD which I found 6 months ago.
I lost weight and SWAMI changed my Genotype after I entered the new weight.
Follow the diet and I'm sure you will see good results soon.
Good luck. xoxoxo
