But soy is avoid for BT Os and Bs (no secretor) Why Aromastat has soybean and it is for all BT??? or can all BT take Isoflavones??? Fem Balance doesn´t have it  |

For those A's who can have soy (not A nonnies or some genotypes) then unprocessed or naturally processed soy would be healthy. Things like tofu and miso, not textured vegetable protein or highly processed meat analogues. I'd also add that soy needs to be organic, or at least verified non-GMO. GMO soy is NASTY stuff, and toxic to just about everybody. |

this is not about soy bean per se
the component in soy is what is at stake here if the patient has a history of breast cancer or other hormonal related cancer, swami has all factored in and will advice accordingly, depending on type and health variables |
