lets see according to the encyclopedia page 576 schizandra is a blood group specific beneficial for Bs antibacterial and anti stress supports nerve health used to treat common colds, sore throat, fatigue, hepatitis, and stress 'the rest is up to you' as Jackie Mason would say  |

Golfzilla, if you want to read about Schizandra from the standpoint of Ron Teeguarden, who sells high quality chinese herbs, here's a link to his site. He is extremely knowledgeable about his specialty, keeping in mind that this is not from a blood type standpoint. I've at least never heard any word of schizandra being 'bad' for any blood type.
