Hi everyone, My question is should I slowly incorporate beenficials that I know I have intolerance to? They are not true allergies but certain foods like broccoli and cranberries showed up on a food intolerance test I had but are beneficial on my geno type....I know I have fungal overgrowth which is probably what is causing the food intolerances so I heal they will probably disapper until then should I follow the intolerance test or follow the blood type? Thanks in advacne for any advice |

I think I'd not eat anything on the intolerance test, concentrate on the other beneficials that you can eat. Then incorporate one intolerance beneficial food at a time, say in a month from now, see how it goes, than try a second food. I'd guess some foods may become tolerated sooner than others, and in time all will be as your gut heals. |

No, don't eat foods with known intolerances. These foods would likely show up as "avoids" on your own personal SWAMI; there's no reason to include them in your diet just because they're beneficial on a somewhat generalized food list from a book.
I'm sure there are still plenty of foods that are beneficial for your genotype AND that you're not intolerant to. |

I would initially not eat the foods you are "sensitive" to. I would utilize other medicinal foods (read beneficial or superfoods) until the body heals some of the issues you currently face. Once these issues are more controlled, you may feel comfortable introducing small amounts of some of these "sensitive" foods... |

Was it done by a professional or was it SWAMIXpress? If it was the Genotype version, done by a professional, they may still have the information.
