Hi there,
I'm new to the BTD & I mistakenly
bought kidneys instead of liver for dinner. I am attempting to increase the level of Vitamin B in my system. Is there much of a difference in terms of proteins and vitamins present in the two?

Nutritional profiles of foods can be obtained from the USDA Nutritional Database (online, do a search)
An easy to use reference that uses USDA data is Nutrtiondata.com
