I have ordered their frozen products (before I knew about the dangers of flash-frozen protein) and they are good so I would expect the fresh product to be good, too.

If you do a search on "polyamines" you will see all the threads.  Here's the one I started:

They can be mitigated in various way, including marinating in cherry juice, but I don't like sweet with my meat so I'm trying to avoid having to do that.
