Thank you for reading this post.  I've been away for the boards for quite awhile.  Is there a place on the Genotype website to see Food Lists by type as well as updates?

The foodlist in the GenoType book are current for that diet plan. There is not a more up to date list either online of offline.

Current research and development efforts are primarily focused on refining the SWAMI diet rather than revising the GenoType diet.

The SWAMI diet plans is updated on an ongoing basis.  

Current food lists for SWAMI are available online.
