I justemente love the colour of his hairs.....

and yep when b-cancer is hormonal related- even selenium won't be any help....

I think best prevention still is Vit. D3 and some of the healing mushrooms!

I think the subject is greater in scope than just having a selenium deficiency, Dr. D has factored in each person's nutritional requirements into their SWAMI report.  Although thanks for sharing that video..
It gave me a greater awareness to eat foods high in natural selenium.

Many foods high in selenium if we're rotating our food choices would be consumed.

Here are other foods besides brazil nuts that are high in selenium.

Brazil Nuts
Sunflower Seeds
Fish (tuna, halibut, sardines, flounder, salmon)
Shellfish (oysters, mussels, shrimp, clams, scallops)
Meat (Beef, liver, lamb, pork)
Poultry (chicken, turkey)
Eggs
Mushrooms (button, crimini, shiitake)
Grains (wheat germ, barley, brown rice, oats)
Onion

Here's more foods that most of us are already eating.  Also note the side effects of overdosing (supplementing
with pills, not talking about eating high selenium foods)

It's genetic. If a person has a long history of cancer in the family, they will likely get it somewhere in their body.  Selenium (and of course the healthy personalized diet)  may help keep the breast cancer gene from turning on there and in other parts of the body.

Selenium is good for so many things: cancer prevention, heart health, vessel health, etc.

I feel it is essential. I doubt that foods have enough as the soil has already been depleted for years.
