So is this Garciia Cambogia Extract an ok thing for O's?    I can't find where it's an avoid or a neutral which I know means to treat it as neutral for the time being but is there anything on the boards about this that I should know about before I start ingesting it!?

As usual, I would recommend eating right per your plan, getting proper exercise for you and letting the body heal, rather than putting some supplement into the mix specifically for weight loss.

Part of the reason you are not losing weight probably has to do with the body not being ready to handle that task, so it isn't a priority for it.  I think one of the MOST valuable lessons you can learn is to accept the rate at which the body heals and be happy to do what you can to assist the healing, but not rush it too much.

Dr. D. says that anything you put into a complex system that isn't needed, makes the system less robust.  We are trying to make our systems more robust, so you should be looking at ways to determine what the body's NEEDS are and meeting them, rather than looking for supplements that may stimulate the body into doing something it isn't ready for at the moment...

Weight loss?  who's talking weight loss?  I did'nt ask about weight loss here.. i ask about a couple of supplements that I'm curious about.  But thanks for addressing what I already know and am starting to practice once again!     I'm dealing with IBS issues from bad eating and not worried about weight loss.. i'm working on health.

Christopher.. your link is superior to Lola's ... interesting, unsually she is on target.. hahaha

I do not like th link from Lola as I seem not to understand how it works, unless it is meant to psend a lifetime reading this or that..

The last link at least takes us to pertinant info..

It might provide a little more enery.. and if it is to be lowering bloodsugar fluctuation then maybe it serves a different reason for trying it.. if you bought some, take it for the 40 days.. I don't think it will do to much damage, but stop as soon as you see adverse effects.. be your own best judge..

I took it and maybe have no effects from it, maybe a little more energy.. who knows what else.. my other streesors are causing issues not allowing me to test it properly.. Being O I have no idea how it rates.. but so be it..

I also take gree tea supps on some days.. not sure about them either.. never together or I get naseated..

I would like to see more about the diabetes connection..

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

This Garcinia supplement is supposed to be pretty incredible stuff for dopamine-dominant people - apparently (i.e. O's).

I am cheating here because I AM AT WITS END, with a rash on my shins 2" x 6" patches,
with assorted smaller patches. itchy burning painful at times , drawing. Cannot sleep. Refuse to use steroids or other masking pharms. Tried a bunch of natural remedies with no results, anti inflammatory, anti fungal, antibacterial....
Neurodermatitis, erythema nodosum, tossed around. End of story, no pro health care
practitioners have had any helpful recommendations.
I apologize for perverting the intention of this forum but I am desperate.

Great to see feedback on Garcinia Cambogia. Dr. Oz has thrown his support to BTD,
GTD, yet continues to recommend one supplement fits all, the old allopathic model, and diet wise the old naturopathic model. Does anyone know if this latest wonder
supplement is effective with G3 Teacher? or BT AB??

Why not start a new thread.. go to Commiunity, then messageboard, then click on Little fishes or you blood type and ask again..

There was a thread on this somewhere here .. look for it here under : Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA)

Are you shure you do not have shingles??   It is scratchy and painful..
