As usual, I would recommend eating right per your plan, getting proper exercise for you and letting the body heal, rather than putting some supplement into the mix specifically for weight loss.

Part of the reason you are not losing weight probably has to do with the body not being ready to handle that task, so it isn't a priority for it.  I think one of the MOST valuable lessons you can learn is to accept the rate at which the body heals and be happy to do what you can to assist the healing, but not rush it too much.

Dr. D. says that anything you put into a complex system that isn't needed, makes the system less robust.  We are trying to make our systems more robust, so you should be looking at ways to determine what the body's NEEDS are and meeting them, rather than looking for supplements that may stimulate the body into doing something it isn't ready for at the moment...

Weight loss?  who's talking weight loss?  I did'nt ask about weight loss here.. i ask about a couple of supplements that I'm curious about.  But thanks for addressing what I already know and am starting to practice once again!     I'm dealing with IBS issues from bad eating and not worried about weight loss.. i'm working on health.
