Hi All
I just recently purchased some supplements from this site and was wondering if there is any problem with taking a few different ones at the same time. For instance, can I take Deflect, Attentia, Tranquility Base and Catechol together in the morning before I leave for work?
Just wondering if any of them should not be taken together. It is much more convenient to be able to take them all at once. |

You'll see trehalose discussed here from time to time, and should you decide to one day go down that road, just keep in mind that certain supplements do conflict. |

I remember reading on a thread that Dr.D recommends 1 hour seperation between trehalos and quercitin or resveritrol. Not sure about other antioxidants such as green tea extract. Anyone have any new news about this? |
