Hello,
I was wondering about butter oil. I have heard that taking it with fermented cod liver oil is great. I am A+ and I take cod liver oil but I am not sure if it is fermented. Does anyone know of the benefits of these oils and if they are ok on the blood type diet?

Fermented Cod Liver Oil will be rated the same as Cod Liver Oil on your food list, so check your own list to see if its' ok for you.

I take that brand of C.L oil and like it a lot.  It has a good reputation for high quality.  I don't have an opinion on the butter oil.  The combo is very expensive from my perspective and I'm happy with my homemade ghee from pasture raised cows.

I am interested in butter oil also... it seems it is not 'just ghee' - it is not cooked like ghee, is more concentrated & therefore has higher concentrations of K2?

Supposedly, the x-factor butter oil is made from early-spring and late-summer butter when there is much rain and the grass the cows eat is growing rapidly and full of nutrition.  There is something "X"tra in the butter at those times of the year hence the name x-factor butter oil.

I have tried stocking up on raw cream in spring and fall (I prefer to make my own butter) but since rainfall in this part of the country is unreliable I invest in the x-factor butter as well.

I'm glad the fermented col liver oil is OK.  I wasn't sure.

Yes the X Factor and the high concentrations of K2. Must be grass fed though.

Does anyone know if rubbing some fermented CLO into skin is a way to receive the nutrients?
