Hi Everyone,

I did join up here some time ago and went way off track, gained a few kilos and started feeling pretty crappy hence why I am back and ready to give it 100%.

I have however made some changes to my diet/lifestyle such as not eating much meat at all (gave up red meat over a year ago and cut right down on chicken, eating alot of vegetarian meals and still eating fish.

I a no longer working my butt off at the gym in favor of yoga and really enjoying it now, some may remember this was something I was not keen on doing, I have also given up caffeine.

I did see a post not so long ago for swami - videos on how to for all the measurement etc. Can anyone point me to this, I will need to redo it all just to make sure nothing has changed.

Can anyone tell me if Swami works with the Ayurvedic types (Pitta, Vata Kapha etc) ?

The two systems are not really interchangeable.  
If you click on the tabs at the top of the page, you should find the SWAMI information.

To use SWAMI in conjunction with Ayurvedic types you need to see an Ayurvedic Practitioner that uses SWAMI GenoType (You cannot use SWAMI Xpress for this), and the practitioner will make the appropriate settings in SWAMI to include traditional ayurvedic medicine values for foods as well as print specials symbols in the diet report to indicate foods changed because of ayurvedic ratings.

He's in England. Half way between USA and Australia if you fly east but still 1/2 a world away  

Maybe you could try and convince your local Aryuveda practitioner to consider the bloodgroup diet and become a SWAMI practitioner as well!

I wonder if you could get the SWAMI pro via a phone session, rather than going in person. It may be worth a phone call or email to find out if one of the doctors in your country is willing to do that.
