Thank you so much for reading! I actually set out to write about something else but my "flashbacks" were so strong, that I ended up with this instead. It was certainly an interesting experience, to say the least! |

WOW! Ballentomane, this is wonderful! The quote and photo with the trees were perfect accompaniments! Thanks for posting such a worthwhile, "super-beneficial" link to your very own story! |

Balletomane, thank you for sharing your experiences. As others have noted, it was very well presented! I share your thoughts about the value of the BTD brought to us by Dr. D'Adamo! It has certainly gotten me onto the right pathway of health. Thanks again for your informative picture! |

Hi Balletomane, Loved reading your blog, keep this thread updated with more blogposts. I too am still dealing with the fibroid issue as you know. I believe it is linked with dairy in my case, and now I think soy too needs to go. Everyday is an experiment in compliance for me. I also believe in the strong need to detox out those xenoestrogens, I remember the mosquito spraying trucks on my street as a kid in NJ. As a young mother we lived in an area of California that was previously apricot orchards, probably had lots of pesticide residues in water, and supposedly lots of perchlorates, bad for the thyroid. All those years I was also into "healthy" whole wheat. Needless to say the gluten is out now too. Believe my gut stills need much healing, but aside from my SWAMI, I am not doing many supps now. Yes to polyflora, some iron for anemia, b stress complex in mornings and some liver herbs like milk thistle/dandelion, eating broccoli & brussel sprouts for the cruciferous bennies and fish when I can get it too. I think chamomile tea is good too and ginger tea. Anyway here's to our healing! |
