Hi,

I am new here and I have and read the book but still missing some small things to be answered. So, please, help me. My blood type is B negative and I could not find anywhere is palm oil bad for my blood type (I reside in the country where they cook everything with it)? Also chicken is bad for my blood type but what about chicken broth? I use a lot of it in soups but now not sure if it is good for me...

Hope to get some help. Thank you!

Welcome!!
Palm oil doesn't appear to be listed, but a lot of palm oil is from a non sustainable source so is not a good idea environmentally anyway...
Also what isn't listed is neutral, so not that great for healing etc
Chicken broth is not advised for a B...

Turkey is permissable for B's, and can be substituted in just about any chicken recipe. I almost always keep turkey broth on hand and use that in recipes instead of chicken broth. Beef and beef broth are also okay for Bs, so you can use beef broth in soups if you're having trouble obtaining turkey broth. I make my own broth.

If you need to ease into this way of eating slowly, that's okay. Maybe you could stop using palm oil in your own kitchen, but not be so strict about avoiding it when eating away from home. Cutting out the chicken is likely to have a much bigger impact on your health, as chicken is one of the "biggies" for type Bs. Even if you can only cut down on chicken for now, that will help.

Palm oil is both an avoid for my B+ secretor Nomad son & for me (B- nonnie Explorer)

Try to stay away from chicken broth as much as you can.  It is hard because it is used as a soup base.

Chicken broth is an avoid because the lectin in chicken cooks out into the broth and is then ingested when you eat the soup.  Sorry!
