Very interesting. Is there a best time of day to take it? I usually drink grapefruit juice in the morning. Can I add it to that or would that be too close to the time that I take most of my supplements....Deflect, Polyflora, etc.

I don't understand Lola. Can I take the Trehalose with other supplements. I know there's a warning about not taking it with Quercitin. |

It maintains a certain very desirable independence of action if not taken at the same time with quercetin, green tea, curcumin or coffee. |

I just called, (got mine this morning) I was told to take it with at least 1hour separation from my Quercetin or green tea. I will simply take it first thing with warm water and lemon juice, and then take the rest of my subs. after my walk. I can take it again in the evening and then my melatoin and B12 just before bed time.
You take it twice a day. I will take it with my ARA6. |

I wish I'd read this earlier this morning! I called and was told to keep it away from green tea and quercetin by one hour, but forgot to ask about coffee! |

I have another question. Can I mix it with the lemon and water and take it with me to drink later in the day or will it start to break down? Sorry, I haven't taken bio-chem yet. |
