I always eat pork and it seems fine for me. And I wanna grow taller? should I crave for more food by not obeying the portions?

Hi Marc,

Welcome to the forum. By coincidence, I was just researching the subject of pork because a friend of mine asked me why pork is an "avoid" for her (B). It is in fact an avoid for all types.

I came across this earlier discussion, which helped me explain the reason to my friend. I'm sure you'll find it helpful in your understanding too:

http://www.dadamo.com/cgi-bin/Blah/Blah.pl?b-GC/m-1165953164/

The reason why you seem to be doing alright with pork, I think, is because you are young enough not to see the accumulative effects of harmful lectins in your diet. Wait another 20 years and you'll see !

There are many kinds of food that will help you grow taller.

As an O, beef, eggs and all sorts of compliant proteins will help your bones grow and build muscles. Dark green vegetables are good as well, as they are full of calcium, iron, etc.

It isn’t necessarily more food that will help you grow taller but better food with the proper nutrients.

Pork is an avoid for all types but each type has a different reason.

From this page: http://www.dadamo.com/B2blogs/blogs/index.php?blog=27&s=pork+&sentence=AND&submit=Search
QUESTION: Why is pork an avoid for all blood types?

ANSWER: Pigs (like most non-humans) induce xenoreactive antibodies which in turn upregulate our own anti-ABO antibodies (the isohemagglutinins). This antigen in pigs, galactose alpha-(1-3) galactose, is apparently the target for these antibodies (which all adult humans have.) Though found in many mammals, pig xenoreactive antigens are probably more potent than most, since virtually every human carries antibodies to pork. Indeed, in every patient on whom I've ever tested blood group antibody levels, and who was a big pork consumer, the levels of antibody titer were always elevated.

No human on earth can eat pork safely. Save it for Mr. Spock, or maybe Wharf or Chewie. Somebody in the Universe can eat it, but not us!

Ok. But I'm not afraid of any parasite and worms, couse I eat old raw meat (even 1 mounth old) for over 5 years. Im only interested in issue if my immune system interract with swine's antigenes. Oh and I forgot. Im on Zero carb diet .

There is no reason to think the BTD rating for pork would be different if the meat were raw. Sounds like you are looking for approval for something you want to do anyhow. Good luck.

@ABJoe thanks but I assume Adamo talks about "thermal" meat. I ask about RAW pork. @Jane I don't laugh about it. I said, it's not possible to any living being can find in my body any "thing" to eat. Antibodies is different issue.

All meat used in this study was cooked as well.  It still says nothing about eating raw pork, except that it exposes the individual to parasite risks.
