Hey guys, anyone has something to say about Prohormones, BTD related?
Im thinking of buying DHEA from GNC, it sells alot and seems to be safe or safest prohormone out there. My friend bought a bottle and he's an A and got pretty good gains!

steroids are powerful - if you're body isn't deficient in it, you shouldn't be taking any more.  Even for people who are deficient, my doctor said the dose should not be greater than 10mg. (that may have been 10mg twice a day, though, I don't remember)

I had my DHEA level tested a couple of years ago and it was borderline low.  I have been taking DHEA @ 5 mg/day (Enzymatic Therapy, Inc.), five days a week.  It brought my levels up to normal range but no higher.  I think it's a good idea to monitor your blood levels, especially when you're young.

I did a saliva test for hormones and DHEA and my levels were low.  I take 10 mg a day in my estrogen.

OTC DHEA didn't bring up my levels.  I was using a 50 mg timed release capsule for almost a year and it did not bring up my levels at all.  That could be due to malabsorption.  Sublingual works better for me.

Uzzi Reiss recommends 10mg or less as a dosage of DHEA for women.

If you are taking capsules and malabsorption is an issue, you might consider something sublingual.
