# 15 Fatigue-Fighting Protocol for Blood type A list:

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH),  10-20 mg: 1 capsule in morning

I would like to read up on this suppliment.
Has Dr D written about it?
Has there been any discussion by those using it, esp BT A?

Enada NADH is the true formula, please remember it must be produced in a certain manner to be active at all !!! It must be so called* stabilized* this is an opportunity found by Prof. Birkemeyer in Germany and Austria.......
this product is one of the powerfullest antioxidants, energizer for the cells (ATP-producer ) and last but not least, it helps to surrender all kinds of
depressions as well.
I always inform my clients to go for this as well, depression will leave much earlier ....

I love the Enada NADH.  It really seems to be a powerful aid for reducing fatigue and clearing the mind.  It works best for me if I take breaks from it from time to time.  Saves money, too, since it is an expensive supplement.

I have a feeling they are the same product under different patents, which would give each of them a different name.  Source Naturals also sells regular NADH. Then, they have this patented form of it, which they say takes it to another level.

"ENADA® NADH

Energy-Rich Coenzyme

NADH is an energy-rich coenzyme of vitamin B-3 that is essential for the production of ATP, the primary energy carrier in our cells. The brain, the nerves, the muscles and the heart require a constant supply of ATP energy in order to function. Source Naturals now brings you ENADA, the only patented, stabilized, absorbable form of NADH available."

Online stores?

I feel satisfied ordering from Vitacost, Vitamin Shoppe, Swanson's, I Herb.  Check prices because some are cheaper on some products than others.

This implies they're somewhat different....and the link says this form has been available for
just 4 years...

"Co-E1®'s patented process preserves the potency so that NADH, ordinarily a very fragile substance, is readily available for use by the body. Co-E1® is the only bio-available NADH supplement sold today."

I checked out iHerb.com  -  there are so many choices
--------------

This helps :   'ENADA' is a trademark
                    'CO-E1'  is a patented process

I also see:   5, 10, 20 mg
                 Tablets,
                 Caps,
                 sublingual (blister packages -for freshnes?)

I looked all over town and found a couple of NADH products.
One by   Kal  didn't give much information. Nothing about how it was made

Found ENADA at WF but it was way to expensive.

------------
Soooo
I did a search for ' CO E1'

This is the sale page from iHerb:     http://www.iherb.com/Co-E1

they offer free shipping with a $40.00 purchase.

The  2 Sublingual products contain something called Kollidon. I think it has something to do with making it disolve fast.
----------------

Here is a sale good through May 28, 2011
It's actually another part of one of  the link  Chloe gave a few post back  .
I don't know anything about them personally.

my last good experience here was with Vitamin world Enada NADH 7.5mg's about 19$ some years ago.... I took 7,5 onto an empty stomach in the morning and the same justamente before lunch... helped me out of fatigue and depression as well I think we've to take care not to overdoe here... better to begin with 7,5mgs twice instead of 20mg's at once .... http://www.fairvital.com is also a fine european firm with good stuffs  Enada sublingual...helps instantly...
Prof. Birkemeyers' is superbe as well... but ouch very expensive...

especially for explomades this product is da bombe ...coz it helps us out of energy lacks due to the lack of enzymes.....and at the same time a beautiful detoxer

What about the Enada C0 E1 that has Mojo Plus Enada 20 mg in it?  Higher dose of NADH.  I don't know much about this supplement but both myself and husband could benefit if I can figure out which one to get.

If you're going to try NADH I suggest you buy a low dose....2.5 mg or 5 mg.  Especially if you
have a tendency towards anxiety.  I've tried 10 mg and it was way too high.

You can always take it more often or double a dose.  The side effect of taking too much is
anxiety and jittery-ness...so to avoid that, I'm thinking a low dose is the way to begin.

I've read that you can also take it every other day or every few days as your body might start
needing less with time.

I don't know what the mojo formula is but if I were starting out, I'd begin with the simplest formula
at a low dose.

That's pretty scary falling asleep at the wheel...does your DH get enough sleep?  Guess he can handle a much higher dose than me.

He gets 6-7 hours.  Probably mostly 6 hours.  He hit a tree 3 years ago right around the corner from home.  He usually calls me when he gets sleepy, but you know that falling asleep can happen in an instant.  He has major fatigue.  I got swami for him and he is following the plan.  He is a Nomad.  Getting our food plans together is difficult at times.

Kim - falling asleep - scary
the sublingual (lozenges) would probably be the best  while driving - lable says 'Fast Acting'

A small does sound like good advice but the 2.5mg  NADH seems to have been discontinued.

Some of ENADA's NADH products include Chlorophyll. Wonder why?

The NOW NADH product I looked at includes D-Ribose  ''             ?
I'll see what I can find.

These two seem to be the best deals on ENADA (at least for now May 2011):

         iHerb       http://www.iherb.com/Search?kw=CO+E1#p=1&sr=2

Lucky Vitamins   http://www.luckyvitamin.com/c-.....r%3ADESC

Lucky is less expensive but there is a $5.99 shipping charge.
iHerb will ship free if you spend $40.00.

This is from -    http://www.luckyvitamin.com/p-.....-tablets
(just scroll down a ways)

"Dr. Birkmayer CoE1 Enada Vitality Plus (formerly NADH Internal Power) Enada Vitality Plus is the ONLY food grade patented NADH, specially formulated to provide sustained energy as well as a boost in mental alertness and clarity. Enada now comes with a boost of Chlorophyll, natures original blood detoxing agent! ENADA Vitality Plus is an enteric coated 5 mg tablet of NADH (also known as Co-E1 NADH). It is most effective when taken on an empty stomach; that is, first thing in the morning or at least an hour before eating or two hours after. ENADA Vitality Plus helps symptoms of health conditions such as chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, Alzheimers, Parkinsons, and provides sustainable energy.

Now with chlorophyll, nature's original blood detoxing agent! It acts similarly to red blood cells in the body, as it boosts the supply of healthy oxygen-rich blood. It also assists in detoxing the kidneys, lungs, bowels, and blood stream! NADH is the bio-available, anti-oxidant form of Vitamin B-3. NADH is essential to the production of ATP (cellular energy). NADH is also involved in basic metabolism, the breakdown of glucose and fats, and supplies energy to the brain, nerves, muscles, heart, and all other organs. NADH is also a potent antioxidant, helps DNA repair, boost immune system, and helps cell regeneration."

The article goes on. (see link above)

So I'm wondering if adding Chlorophyl is a good thing? any thoughts?
