Hi! I'm A+ and I started the blood type diet a little over a month ago.
I must say I was not very sure about it, but decided to give it a try anyway. Now I I'm amazed by how much better I feel. For the first time since I can remember I don't feel my "digestive system". It's just there doing what it is supposed to do (I guess) but I have no pain, no bloating, no constant disconfort... unless I eat something I'm not supposed to (the cause effect is really obvious and I can feel it within a few minutes) It is absolutely amazing! No to mention I lost 3 kg, which was a very welcome bonus!  
Anybody else has the same experience?

I was diagnosed from Irritable Bowel Syndrome, too, with an irregular digestion.
Now, with BTD my digestion is good, and equally important, my seborreheic dermatitis and dandruff is magically vanishing!

ISA.. yes I had 35 years ago when I stopped milk.. hahaha

and yes I am feeling better event today since the few days I have been doing the supps to help me with weight and indigetion..

I can report here that I lost the 5 pounds I had put on eating something neutral.. over 2 month ago.. and I am looking forward to feel less from te indigestion as my throat is already feeling normal ..

I remember in my early thirties and one day this horrific pain doubled me over for a few hours and it left as fast as it came. Over the next few weeks it continued to happen on and off, so I went to the dr. and told him what was going on. He asked me this? Has someone kicked you in the abdomen or am I being sexually abused? I said no. He did not believe me. He said well then it has to be endometriosis. We will need to do a $3,000 test to see what was going on. I said forget it. I was frustrated with him and I left. Through the years I have had on and off episodes of this. It comes and then goes. I finally decided it was ovarian cysts because of my daughter being diagnosed and it seemed like the same symptoms. The last two years, at least a couple of months, here we go again. I could not take it anymore. I started researching and discovered it is irritable bowel syndrome. Too much chocolate milk, cappuccino and stress. I stopped drinking both and trying to not be stressed, so far so good. I read that digestive enzymes will help. What a relief.

Lola, i read on your posted link about how our secretor status effects carbohydrates in our bodies as do you know why that is? I'm going to assume that those of us who are non secretors handle carbs poorly compared to secretors no?

I having been on this way of eating for 4 weeks now, my sore tummy has all but gone, I am now very regular even going 2 times a day where pre ERFYT I was only going once every 5 dyas. I have lost some weight and I have a heap more to go yet.

Yeap that's what i've been figuring for us type-o nonies however i just wasn't quite sure  about type-a nonies having more insulin resistance than type-a secretors and so thanks for your posting  as always  .

I know what you mean about "I don't feel my "digestive system"". It is a wonderful feeling to suddenly notice that you are no longer constantly 'aware' of your digestive system.
