I recently started taking the Polyflora for type O and have had headaches since. BUT I am unsure if it's due to taking this product. I don't want to stop it yet and find out. I THINK that I"ve read somewhere that the bad bacteria die off and can cause symptoms but I cannot remember if that is true or not. Does anyone know about this?

Thanks

the only thing to give me headaches is going off caffein..

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

The Polyflora can cause better digestion, including digesting toxins for removal.  Once the gut gets less toxin in it, the body can start removing any toxins stored in other tissue...  Depending on the location or type of toxin being removed, it can cause headache (or pain in many other areas)...

It is also possible that while the bacteria balance is readjusting, that there will be some higher levels of toxin in the gut, causing the headache...

I take Polyflora for A's and I never got a headache from it.  You might be sensitive to one of the ingredients. Try stopping it and see if the headache stops. Then start it again and see if the headaches come back.

give it time......stay compliant......goes to show how much fixing your gut actually needed.....your gut flora is becoming balanced

look for other avoids slipping in your diet......read ingredients and compare to your list in all products you buy.....gums, additives, other type of junk are hard to avoid

Thanks...  I'm just wondering if it is indeed the polyflora or maybe something else. I hate to stop using it to find out and stop the healing process. In the past I've taken really good probiotics and never got this effect. It's good to know that this one is actually doing something.  I am not one to get headaches ever so this is rare for me.

Just take less.. also might want to take it at bedtime on an empty stomach.

Deflect might be a good idea for awhile clean up the old lectins.
