I am checking out the Genotype Diet, because my dad (hunter) has been diagnosed with celiac disease and has a host of other health problems that are probably related to his diet.
I too am a Hunter. I'm a amateur body builder which means I need about 30 grams of easy to prepare protein every 3 hours. My main stay for quick protein has always been milk, cottage cheese, yogurt, peanut butter & whey protein... I love meat, but it's not ideal or appealing to eat meat every 3 hours...
Do I really need to cut out all my dairy?? Do you guys have any ideas for quick easy protein for a hunter outside of meat?

Boil some eggs ahead of time, if you like them pickled you can soak them in a lemon juice brine, and grab one whenever you need it. There are many nuts you can have as well, almond butter is good if hunters can have it, there are other nut butters as well.
Sardines, whether you like them or not, they are a great superfood. If you are eating in a place where the smell won't offend... if you don't like them, try the boneless skinless kind first, you can mash them up with a fork and add lemon juice and spices, then eat them with Edward & Son's brown rice snaps or another compliant cracker.
