Here's the challenge as it's sometimes easy to get into making the same recipe. Take an old favorite or a new one and see how many bene's you can add on the fly. One side dish or one main course one dish type meal.

Tell us your discovery!

Extra points for live veg and/or herbs.

do you not have a recipe generator with the number of diamonds?

I love the gadget!

I just modified a rice pasta dish I make fairly regularly.

I added some turkey I had in fridge, added some olive oil to my ghee "sauce", snipped some pea shoots on top, and added some fresh sliced paper thin carrots.

Looks gorgeous, tastes delicious and fresh.

My "sauce" usually has ghee, fresh thyme, and garlic. I usually top with parm, this time I used mozz because it's a bene cheese. Also threw some neutral fresh rosmary in the mix.

Thank you SWAMI.

Not sure. I got a custom cookbook and intructions on how to go to a meal planner.
I'm going to have to go look. I'm an Explorer and I think a lot of the recipes SWAMI generated are a little random. Not looking to do much baking, etc. Like to incorporate a lot of fresh, raw as I can.

I'm not on Xpress, and not even sure how to access SWAMI online.

I put this out there to challenge people a bit. Something wonderful can become even better.

Experiment!

Interesting. Very creative. Raspberry chipolte, not sure I can imagine the taste of that.

I got mine ran at Dr. D's office. I was not given any entry passcodes, only an individual web address for the meal planner. Not sure that I am supposed to log in. It is the practitioner version, not Xpress. I'm fine with my binders but may ask about it if I remember. I ran Xpress for my husband and mom. I looked at the meal planner today.

Just added some freeze dried acai powder to some blackberry applesauce. It's actually quite good when I got past the first taste. Score!

I cheated really.  One dish meal, the easiest has got to be a stir fry!  Ingredients change depending on what's in the fridge.  Important that the longest cooking items are added first up until the shortest cooking items.

(D) = diamond food, (S)= Superfood, (N) = Neutral

On medium high I heated the wok with
(D)olive oil,
sauteed (D)onions ,
(D)ginger,
(S)Garlic,
added (N)Chicken breast, cooked and browned that
sprinkled some herbs - all (S): oregano, thyme, paprika and other neutral herbs.
Added some (N)sesame oil for flavor.
Then the longest cooking veggies: (N)Pimento
(D)Carrots,
(D)Broccoli (frozen),
(S)Green Beans (frozen),
Added some water and (D)Honey, (D)Lemon juice tiny bit of black dot Red Pepper flakes
(N)Zuchini,
(D)Swiss Chard (Silverbeet)
(D)Bok Choy
(D)Snow Peas
Last of all some (S)Peanuts
and before serving organic Tamari (Black dot) and lots of (S)sea salt.
Served with (D)White Rice.

Total:
11 Diamonds
7 superfoods
>4 neutrals
2 black dots

Thanks for the idea I threw more in that I would normally and it was delicious!
I saw on a cooking show that with asian cooking you need the flavors Hot, sour, salty, sweet.  So I put a bit of all of that in when I can.

Threw some pure pineapple juice in some pure cranberry juice. Pleasantly surprised they balanced each other out sweet and sour.

Here is my creation for enjoying sardines.  After reading that they are very
beneficial and healthy, I set out to figure a way I would like them and this is
what I came up with.  (B=Beneficial; N=Neutral)

Sardine Pate'

(B) 4oz. can King Oscar, One Layer Sardines in Pure Spring Water, drained
(N) 2oz. Organic Valley cream cheese, softened
(N) 1-2 tsp. small diced celery
(B) 1-2 tsp. small diced red bell pepper
(N) 1-2 tsp. finely chopped walnuts
(N) 1-2 tsp. finely chopped green onion (tops)
(N) 1 fresh basil leaf finely chopped

In small bowl mash up the sardines with a fork, then add all remaining
ingredients and mix well.

Makes (2) servings.

I have enjoyed this eaten alone and also as a sandwich with buttery(N) grilled
millet bread(B) topped with fresh baby spinach leaves(B) (Yum).  It probably would go well with a salad too.

Good for you Shelley! Thanks for sharing.

To keep up the creativity, I challenge you to add one more beneficial or diamond to it next time you make it. Maybe another herb or spice or another green? Don't know your list, so I can't offer any suggestions.

Awesome.
