GT3 Teacher A+ Secretor Winter: Hidden potential.

I am a GT3 Teacher, Blood Group A, RH Positive Secreter. Pine Nuts are on the beneficial list for GT3 Teachers. I rarely eat Pine Nuts but have always enjoyed them when I did. I didn't make the connection until this morning, but the last few times I ate Pine Nuts I experienced a feeling of having eaten to much greasy foods. I didn't have what I would call indigestion, but it was more like nausea, burping up a greasy caustic belch leaving a metallic like bad taste in my mouth. But, this morning I ate some Pine Nuts and became very ill about two hours after ingesting them. I became extremely nauseated and began to cramp and throw up to the point of dry heaves and had diarreha so bad that I had to leave work. It has been about 9 -10 hours since eating the Pine Nuts and although I am feeling better my digestive system is still a wreck. What would cause the nuts to affect me like that? Has anyone else ever experienced this? I don't believe I will ever eat Pine Nuts again.
Thanks,
Che' |

Just because it's a beneficial food for Teachers doesn't automatically mean that it's a beneficial food for YOU.
Unless you think you ate rancid nuts (were the past few times you ate them from the same batch in your pantry or purchased separately and were all fresh?), then I'd assume you simply don't tolerate pine nuts. |
