The dentist said that I could use these and that they do work.

yes, aren't there ALOT of chemicals in these strips?  

Ingredients:

    Water, Glycerin, Hydrogen Peroxide, Carbomer 956, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Saccharin

i have used them. it is not like you are eating them or anything, the stuff at the dentists is no better, though faster and alot more exspensive. you put them on for a few min, they fizz a bit, and then you take them off and brush the gunk off your teeth. it even says not to swallow the stuff but then so dose your mouth wash.

just put a few drops of hydrogen peroxide or baking soda on top of the tooth paste on your brush and brush away...a lot cheaper

My dentist got kinda miffed at me when I asked him about whiteners, he said "Your teeth are beautiful and teeth are ivory and IVORY IS NOT WHITE!!!"

Many homeopathic remedies are placed under the tongue so they get into the bloodstream quickly.  Not a good place to have a bunch of chemicals with unknown consequences...

My teeth have gotten lighter naturally just by eating properly and detoxing.  I can tell because I have a filling in one of my front teeth from a chipped tooth.  When the dentist put the filling in, it matched the tooth.  As I continued to get more toxic, the teeth got darker, so that the filling was lighter than the teeth.  Now as I detox, the teeth are getting lighter so that the filling is darker than the teeth.  No need for the extra expense and question about the whiteners...

I agree with your dentist.  I often think I am the ONLY one that hates super white teeth.  They often look so fake especially on a more mature individual.
