I never printed mine up- it would use up all the ink in my printer and I can't afford to replace it right now. The day I got it, I spent several hours staring at my computer screen reading the whole thing.  I keep mine on the  computer and refer to it frequently, plus I printed out just the wallet card page, covered it with clear contact paper, and put it in my purse.

It is impressive though, Basically it does in a few minutes what took me several days to do. and it can do it every time

Loads more foods are also back in that were out before.

just wish I could combine Emily and Amber in the same report. asking a lot I know. lol

but being they are all O's etc surely it could be done for a small fee.... maybe with proof of identity to prevent fraud. they all have passports Dr D?

Also need to talk about cost of supplements – it seems someone has got the rate of exchange wrong regarding dollars and sterling – I think it may be cheaper for me to buy in the usa of a and ship to the uk myself.

Now, I hope I don’t sound like a moaner.....but..... what is it with parmesan cheese on the Swami it's allowed (Very Happy about that) but as a (checker of everything) I notice it's so avoid on the live right website.

I'm sure Lola will enlighten me.

I also imagine she has enlightened many people before with the sam e question lol

I love it that i found out how to make my own cheese, so there will be no additives r colours in them. Only shame is the initial product is milk which is dairy so a no no.

high butyric content.....

don t forget that not all gatherers are lucky to get that particular cheese
it s personalized for you exclusively!
the reason why only you can run it on yourself

by all means ok if in your list!

once upon a time, when I first tested a gatherer, paneer being a SF was in the menu!
I always made it from scratch using organic cow s milk......it is the process that renders it beneficial....
problem with milk is the whey, and that type cheese has all the whey drained off.

When you get your SWAMI, you can ignore all the details on GTD or BTD. Ziggy cheese (I just made that up) might be an avoid for Os in general or Gatherers in general, but if it's listed as neutral on your personalized SWAMI, then it's a neutral for you.

I have a whole bunch of cheeses listed as "neutral" for me, and a handful are beneficial. Meanwhile, I know how sick I get when I consume cow's milk products, so I'm going to use common sense here. SWAMI is an incredible piece of software, but it's not foolproof, and it's nowhere near as complex as the human body. One of these days, I plan to make my own cheeses out of goat's milk- and until then, I'll avoid all cheeses except for the occasional sheep milk feta (neutral) or goat cheese (unlisted) in small quantities.

no limit, no worries!

as to the whys on food values and jumping from one to another.....
parameters programed by Dr D for swami......too complex indeed....

Dr D
The BTD is mostly a 'single food' system. When you start moving to GTD and especially towards SWAMI the food relationships start to grow in number. Sometimes they grow in a manner consistent with the prior values and other times the relationship between the food relationship alters the value of a single food in the relationship group.

the database of analysis is huge and the biochemistry amazingly and beautifully
complicated....

PC, the parmesan, Lola mentioned the high butyric content, helps heal the intestines if
you have a leaky gut/lots of white lines in the fingerprints.  I love the stuff, along with pecorino romano, a sheeps milk type of aged cheese.  Anyway, it's good for some type O's.

Nice to have on rice pasta with olive oil along with italian parsley or basilico....yum!

Hi Policy checker,

I'm with Possum, here that you might not have decided on your final genotype yet and may be an Explorer.  When you figure out your fingerprints it could all change!

It's a great program and don't be afraid to change settings, I'm well into double digits on changing mine already!

The more information you provide SWAMI, the more accurate your results will be.

SWAMI Xpress runs will run without specifying secretor status, but the results are better if you do.

Swami gets better as the information that you enter into it more accurately reflects your epigenetic individuality.

When Swami was first made public, the database had some incorrect data.  Cheddar cheese suddenly became permissible for a lot of people, but the data that caused this should have been part of the celery record.

I am on my 13th run of Swami - but about half were run to capture the improvements to the "beta quality" of the information.  Not much changed for me until I entered more specific personal information.

Although the GTD helped me Swami is so much better!

I used to limit myself to sheep and goat cheeses and always felt Pecorino Romano and Parmesan were so similar that it would be nice to be able to eat Parmesan too. Well, both are diamonds for me now. I'm looking forward to making pesto again with basil from the farmer's market.

Paula, I couldn't respond to your PM, but sent a couple of others separately plus an e-mail. I hope you got them!

lol, Possum you are pretty clever

Isn't SWAMI Express the best, I love the wallet card, so convenient when you're out and about!

John - I wonder, if it's printing blank pages, make sure the paper type settings for your printer is set to A4 (not letter).  I think Letter the UK standard but A4 is the US?  On mine one of the pages heading was on the previous page, but otherwise it was okay.
