Not sure why you can't have soy products but if it's just because it's an avoid for your bloodtype, Dr. D said once, a long time ago, that soy lecithin is OK for all blood types. Jane |

I am just sooo confused by this... I cannot do soy at all or many legumes??!! You mean to say that Dr D says that soy lecithin is ok for all????  |
