Hi!

Anyone in the UK know of a supplier of egg based lecithin granules please. I can't have soya and want to make the Membrosia shake.

Not sure why you can't have soy products but if it's just because it's an avoid for your bloodtype, Dr. D said once, a long time ago, that soy lecithin is OK for all blood types.

I am just sooo confused by this... I cannot do soy at all or many legumes??!! You mean to say that Dr D says that soy lecithin is ok for all????

2 years later ......  God knows whether they are battery hens or very unlikely free range source
