Hello

Is there any knowledge about blood type diet and mania depression?

Was it helpful to any one? Can it be?

If there knowledge about it, where can I find it?

Thanks

Guy

No personal story here but the link above may help.

Guy it can't hurt to give it a good honest try, what do you have to lose?

Hi Guy,
Welcome to the best forum around for support.  I read in the Live Right book that if you are O type, the best thing you can do is follow the diet for O's.  Try it, you may be posting your success story here
