Although I haven't got the Swami yet. I'm assuming that these aren't in. Correct me if I'm wrong. Popular fish varieties from countries other than the US and Canada. Here in Australia for example we have;

Hard apple cider, which can be made either in a gluten-free way without grain or using barley. I think grain-free/gluten-free tends to be typical in the US and France.

There are some ciders where barley is used. I don't know if other grains are ever used in the fermentation. Since I have celiac, I have to check the labels and have read that some have barley. It probably isn't that common for barley to be used. Sometimes barley is also used in making sake.
