I started to read though a long post yesterday then got interrupted by RL. Now I can’t find it. So I apologize if this question has been answered.
How and when do we get notified of our free Swami Express that we earned by ordering the GTD packs for over 3 months?
I’ve already had Swami done on me, but I was thinking of passing it on to my son. |

RedLilac:
As Lola said you should contact customer service.
Most US customers that participated for three months in the "do it for a month" free SWAMI offer received their SWAMI Xprees kit in the mail last week (snail mail or USPS).
It might have taken a few days longer to get to the Chicago area than the East Coast, but I would still have expected you would have received it by now. The kit contains a getting started pamphlet, a card with your user name and password, as well as $10 gift card for your next order.
The kit is packaged in a clear plastic clamshell about an inch thick, so you should have noticed the thick envelope from NAP if you had received it. |

I’ll ask my son if he saw it. I’m going to be on the road for work all next week so if I don’t have it next weekend I’ll call NAP. |

Confused about something.
I printed out my SWAMI but I also bookmarked the page, so I could find it on my computer when I'm online.
I notice that each time I go back and look at it, the date and time changes to the present moment.
Does this mean that as Dr. D changes things, programing also change things within my particular report? Or do I have to do something to the report for the updates to be there.
I noticed at one point I was a 45% Teacher but I see it's 43% now.
Are any other things going to be changing on my report without me having to do something?
Don't want to keep printing out the same 50 pages again until all corrections have been made. I can't tell if my report changes from day to day. |

When I called NAP ( is Dr. D still calling it that) they said that mine would come in August. |

Good idea. There are always tweaks. Should have the vast majority of the tweaks within a couple weeks, may be some stragglers. |

you can also just save it to your hard drive as an html file. Just rename it something like 'Report_7_23.html' |

Since I am the type who always thinks I can go back and fix things, I zoomed ahead on my swamiexpress a little too quickly and played with my measurements.
My torso length and leg length are exactly the same and my upper and lower legs are exactly the same, so I altered the measurements by 1/8" to see what would happen, I scored as an Explorer rather than the original Hunter. The following morning I tried different things with my finger prints as I was having problems seeing some of them. I went out and then went back in the program later, guess what, I couldn't change my measurements or fingerprints.
In order to run my reports I have told the program I am a hunter. Is there anyway to open up the measurements and fingerprints section to alter or is it locked forever? |

Whoa...
I just looked at my SWAMI again today....So much has changed...I've got a whole new list of geno harmonic foods (different from the original list I printed out a week ago) and many of my portions have been upped..(which is a good thing!) Some things have been removed like fruit pectin (don't know why that is)..and still confused as to why I'm being asked to eat gluten when I'm gluten intolerant. Or am I gluten intolerant for reasons that have nothing to do with gluten itself?
I am wondering about some of the stranger fish I'm supposed to be eating...things I've never seen anywhere or eaten before...mullet, muskellunge, and Spanish or Atlantic mackerel and herring.
Anyone eating or finding these fish easily?
So far, it's getting a bit easier, however, the variety of foods I'm allowed to eat is daunting...and trying to get a sense of whether focusing mostly on these geno harmonic combos which often aren't all diamond foods is more important than a day of eating just diamond foods. Like some of my foods on the geno harmonic list are just neutrals, yet with other foods wind up being five star geno harmonic meals.
I'd love to know more about geno harmonic food combinations....
And I'm curious as to how few geno of the harmonic foods would be effective or am I required to eat an entire meal using all or most of the foods on the list.
Some of these combos make really weird meals...and don't sound very appetizing together...but... I'd be happy if I knew that eating maybe 3 out of the entire list would be adequate or at least somewhat effective.

I was having major problems looking at my fingerprints, I had to redo them about 4-5 times and have my kid look at them with a magnifying glass. They are pretty faint but no white lines (grain intolerance and gut issues). When I reentered my new fingerprints, and head measurements, I became an explorer with many of the same diet features when I was a hunter!!!
So my percentage is now 40% (up from 36% hunter in previous reports).
This diet feels like an O nonnie diet with a few more grains and less emphasis on chicken eggs. No cheese on this version (I don't like or eat cheese) but up to 6x times per week ghee.
I am still at 3x per week meat, 3x per week poultry, and 5x per fish (down 2 times). The live foods look pretty similar at first glance and chocolate is now at neutral. Eggs 6x per week, but chicken eggs are neutral.
So I am thinking my diet is more tuned toward O nonnie then explorer, lactose intolerance. Wow, changes and more changes!!!! |

contact customer service or here s what C sharp explained
Quoted Text
You will need a computer with an Internet Connection and a Web browser.
A high speed connection will work better, but is not absolutely necessary.
The software was tested with Firefox, but it works with most browsers.
does any of this apply to you? |

Tips on logins:
We need to match the account number, user name, password and account number given on the card.
Be sure to type capital letters for capital letters and small letters for lower case letters. Computers can be very picky on case.
The user name and password can contain both letters and numbers. Be sure to use what is given on the card. Some letters and numbers are easy to confuse. For instance, upper case Os will look like zeroes. Lower case ls often look like numeric ones and vice versa.
Look at the user name and password on the card and see if any character could be interpreted two ways.
Hope this helps. (otherwise customer service will figure it out on Monday) |
