Just read an article about a study that this Pycnolgenol (French Maritime pine tree bark) may soothe arthritis symptoms.

It improved physical  function amount osteoarthritis sufferers by 52% after 3 months.  Pain and stiffness were improved by 43%.

Anyone have experience with this?

As far as I can tell, the arthritis book doesn't show this in the section for O's.

Is the usage for osteoarthritis a new one?  As when I google it I can't find much recommedation for arthritis... lots of other things though.

Well... it's one of those decisions one has to make.  Which is... if it's not recommended strongly or at all... I think there would be better things to buy with ones limited budget for the same concern... yes?

right......the advice on this site will always be targeted toward a specific BT and physiology......this alone helps me keep focused.
