I used to go to Dahn yoga classes and Dahn Mu Do classes, I really miss doing both activities, but my schedule and budget don't allow for either activity. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a few good yoga videos to use at home.
No. But may I recommend the book, The Complete System of Self-Healing. Internal Exercises, by Dr. Stephen T. Chang. Although I reject his philosophy, the exercises have been a part of my daily life since 2001. He credits these exercises to the ancient Yellow Emperor. These exercises are a combination of stretching, isometric, visualization, weight bearing, and even a few that will remind you of light calisthenics. No gym equipment needed. Fascinating the explanations behind each exercise in why it is preformed as explained and how it will benefit the body. Fits perfectly into Dr. D's recommended A exercises.
Interestingly, Dr. Chang's book, Tao of Balanced Diet, is 'simpatico' with ER4YT, in the fact that Dr. Chang recommends eating a balanced diet but to exclude any food that produces negative effects such as gas, headaches, bloating, etc. In other words, listen closely to your own body.
Wishing you a lot of success

I found the Callanetics of "Callan Pinckney" to be good stretching and core muscle toning exercises. Chairs, books and everyday household objects can be used to do the work out. The exercises helped me with flexibility issues.
My weight loss goal: 220 lbs. A 6'4" dyslexic oddball: the size of a line-backer, the silhouette of Winnie-the-Pooh.
