Now I'm doing it, thanks to my genoharmonics on my SWAMI!
So very grateful, and seeing unanticipated results in just the first week.....!

I eat quite a bit of fish, but still need some beef liver to keep my liver functioning well...

Liver for liver....quite an interesting concept.

Many of the Standard Process company formulations use animal organs to treat human organs.  I'm skipping the dessication process and eating the real thing, especially when it is a Superfood for me.

I'm pretty much one as well, only rarely eating poultry now.  SWAMI gives me only 1 portion a week.

Funny thing, the person who told me about the BTD is a type O & she was a vegetarian. Now she eats fish.
What a shame that she doesn't go all the way & eat the red meat & poultry, too!

Then there is the type A friend who still is almost vegan.  She needs some fish!

My main protein source other than plant protein would be fish. But even then, fish 2 or 3x a week and
not more....Fish contains PCBs, heavy metals and a lot of contaminants and difficult to know the
level of pollution where fish swam or what the fish ate, if farmed. Wild is sometimes difficult to find and wild doesn't insure safe sources of all fish species.......so I'm cautious about eating a lot of fish in general....  I rarely eat poultry, rarely eat eggs....sometimes I will eat a little dairy...but I can't define my way of eating by a title.

I don't ever eat farmed now. I remember an O that was on the forums that was studying nutrition but had an eating disorder and would never eat anything else but fish, swearing that "nobody would put her on a diet ever again".............
