And started the 4th week, still 100% compliant
I've baked a few almond cookies and can't eat them because they're way too SWEEEEET!!! I finally found a cure for my sweet tooth! My morning snack today: tomatoes, cucumber and spring onions
I'd love to start sticking to the portions, but it demands so much organisation!!! And I'm training for my purple belt in Kung Fu, so haven't got much time....
But again, I'm simply happy to be compliant.
Also, I'm not dreaming of the end of the washout period to be able to have a few avoids like last time I was compliant for so long. Now I am looking forward to certain black dots but am determined to stay away from avoids.
Couldn't be happier with the results so far!
