Hi guys, I already asked this questions a few days ago, but nobody answered and I'm feeling a little desperate now. I've researched it everywhere and cannot find the answer...
I have one major health problem that I'm trying to improve using Swami: chronic pain. Over the years it has been diagnosed as "Chronic Myofascial Pain Syndrome" or "Fibromyalgia". Basically it's constant pain and stiffness in my fascia/muscles, NOT joint pain and NOT arthritis. Yes, it has come with brain fog and tiredeness, but I've never been diagnosed with chronic fatigue. Yes, I am sensitive to light, sound, smell, fabrics, some metals etc etc, but I've never officially been diagnosed with chemical sensitivities.
My questions is: What Should I Tick On The Swami Health History Fields?
There seems to be nowhere for me to indicate that I have had this chronic pain condition for nearly 30 years...
Should I tick: -"Do you have a history of allergy or autoimmune problems" -"Do you have a history of chronic fatigue" -"Do you have a history of joint problems" -"Do you have a history of environmental sensitivities"
Are any of these questions designed to capture chronic pain that is not arthritis?
My chronic pain is already 80% better due to many many years of working on this aspect of my health, yet I really want to get even bet\tter, as I am gearing up to have a baby. (Yay!) I still live with low levels of pain 24/7 and I am still much more sensitive than everyone else I know, and if I do ever overdo anything I really really feel it the next day - very stiff and sore.
I don't want advice here on solutions to fibromyalgia (as I've already tried most things), I really need advice here on **how to fill out the Swami Health History form** to let Swami know my situation so it can give me the correct printout.
I will be soooooo grateful to anyone who replies to this!

You do not have joint problems.
You do have environmental sensitivities (smell, some fabrics, etc).
You do have chronic fatigue (even if the pain was a more pressing symptom than the fatigue, the fatigue WAS there, and it sounds to me like this box may be the closest thing for addressing fibromyalgia symptoms.)
I'm not sure about the "allergy or auto-immune" question. Some people think FMS is an auto-immune disease, while others don't think so. There are probably multiple causes of FMS, with auto-immunity being one of them, which affects some, but not all, sufferers. If you also have any other allergy symptoms (such as seasonal allergies, or getting a rash from certain foods or from certain metals against your skin) then check this box.
